Mr. Elliott’s Law Enforcement Federal/State career spans from the first Anti Terrorism Unit in America,
through the direction of projects in the Criminal Financial Transactions Unit, including White Collar Crime, Organized Crime and Corporate Fraud.
He is a Certified National Criminal Justice Administrator and a member of the International/National Police Chiefs Association, Fraternal Order of Police, American Society of Industrial Security.
